pkrbetcom Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing pkrbetcom at pkrbetcom.com, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you enter into a binding agreement with pkrbetcom and confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration.

pkrbetcom operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document not older than three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot or statement confirming the JazzCash or Easypaisa account belongs to you)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

pkrbetcom accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. No currency conversion is applied — all transactions are processed and displayed in PKR.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pkrbetcom, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

Deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare circumstances involving bank transfers (IBFT), processing may take up to a few hours. pkrbetcom does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges which are entirely outside pkrbetcom's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to the registered pkrbetcom account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will result in the funds being returned and the associated account reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not negotiable. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

Withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically processed within minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are generally completed within a few hours. In cases where KYC verification is pending or additional checks are required, processing may take up to 48 hours. pkrbetcom will communicate any such delay to the affected player via email or in-platform notification.

pkrbetcom does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges. All withdrawal amounts are displayed in PKR as they will appear in your payment account.

Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the specific bonus claimed. Please review the terms of each promotion on the Promotions page before claiming. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pkrbetcom promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Unclaimed bonus eligibility expires after this window closes.

The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player, pkrbetcom, or any other party.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game are accurate over statistically significant sample sizes. Individual sessions will naturally deviate from the stated RTP — this is inherent to how probability works and does not constitute a fault or misrepresentation on pkrbetcom's part.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — for example, a disconnection before a round concludes — pkrbetcom will use server-side records to determine the outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be established from available records, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's wallet. This policy applies to all games including the Aviator Game and all slot titles.

Any winnings generated during a demonstrable technical error (where the game software has malfunctioned and produced results that are inconsistent with its normal operation) are void and will not be paid. pkrbetcom will communicate with the player in such cases and explain the determination reached.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkrbetcom. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation — including providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering — using pkrbetcom to process funds derived from illegal activity, regardless of the method used.
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one pkrbetcom account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or to defraud pkrbetcom.
• Software manipulation — using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or pkrbetcom.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider on deposits made to pkrbetcom without first raising the issue with our support team.
• Abusive behaviour — directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language at pkrbetcom staff or other players through any channel.

pkrbetcom employs automated monitoring tools alongside human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be restricted pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

pkrbetcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, engagement in prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Upon closure of an account, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
